How to return the kimono

《Booking between 9am~11:59am》1,100yen→550yen※Not applying to premium plan & silk kimono.※Campaign until 30 April 2024.
《Booking at 12pm or later》FREE！！※Not applying to premium plan & silk kimono. ※Campaign until 30 April 2024.

• Please return by 10:00am~5:00pm on the next day direct to the shop.
• We will prepare a bag for you the put your own clothes in and please put all the rental items into the bag and return direct to the shop.

If you returned on the day past 5:30pm, it will cost extra cost.

It is not available on Dec. 30th since our store closed on Dec.31 to Jan.3rd.

In the case kimono hasn’t been returned within a week or lost it, we will charge kimono fee.

• We will prepare a bag to put the kimono in and a mail voucher for you.
• Please send out on the kimono rental day or the next day.
• Please send the kimono back to us by the mail service at the hotel(if nesassary) or at the convenience store.

Customers can bring all your clothes and handbag home.

If you do not send out the next day, 1,100yen/person extra will be charged.(premium 2,200yen/person)
