  Bookings can be made starting two days after filling out the reservation form.

• Late Fees & Cancellation Policy
  If you are late for the scheduled meeting time, the following additional fees will apply:
  ・Within 15 minutes: no additional charge
  ・16–30 minutes: ¥5,500
  ・31 minutes–1 hour: ¥11,000
  ・Over 1 hour: considered a same-day cancellation; ¥11,000 cancellation fee will apply
