Tofukuji Temple

Tofuku-ji Temple is a historic temple that was restored during the Muromachi period and flourished as the fourth-ranked Zen temple among the Five Great Zen Temples of Kyoto. It is renowned for its beautiful scenery throughout the seasons, including its famous gardens and the autumn foliage seen from Tsūtenkyō Bridge, attracting many visitors. The view that Lord Uesama, played by Kamenashi-san, gazed upon is believed to be that of Gaunkyō Bridge as seen from Tsūtenkyō.

Umenomiya Taisha Shrine
